First Annual Boating Safety & Haunted Cove Event – October 18th, 2024

Get ready for an unforgettable spooky evening on the water! The Joshua Murray Boating, Safety, Education, and Awareness Center, in conjunction with the Cornelius Police Department and the Mecklenburg County ABC Board, proudly presents the First Annual Boating Safety Haunted Cove event!

Spooky Fun for Everyone!

Bring the kids along for a night of thrills and chills as we combine boating safety education with an exciting Halloween twist! The whole family can enjoy a variety of fun activities, including:

  • Trunk or Treat: Candy, costumes, and pirate shipsโ€”what more could you ask for? Kids can trick-or-treat right out of spooky decorated trunks!
  • Music & Entertainment: Jam to spooky tunes and enjoy live music while surrounded by pirates and zombies.
  • Food & Treats: Delicious food options will be available to keep your energy up as you explore the haunted cove.
  • Pirate Ships: Don’t miss out on a chance to experience the pirate ships docked at the event, adding an extra layer of nautical fun.
